"A Final Unity" puts you at the helm of the USS Enterprise in this adventure game based on the hit TV Series "Star Trek: The Next Generation"
Star Trek: A Final Unity is an adventure game based off the popular TV series Star Trek the Next Generation (STTNG). You play as the crew of the Enterprise as they encounter a ship seeking asylum from others of their race. Should you choose to grant them safety you learn about a seach for a mystical scroll and an ancient artifact. You then travel through space exploring strange, new world and interacting with new life and new civilizations!
Aboard the bridge of the U.S.S. Enterprise In "A Final Unity" you will have control of both the Enterprise and the various members of the crew. Each main cast member is voiced by the actors from the series which lends to it's sense of realism. While on the bridge you can access all of the major stations such as the Conn, Worf's weapon console, and engineering. When its time for an away mission you enter the transporter room where you can choose your away team and beam them down. Away missions allow you to move each of the away members and use their specific talents for the various challenges that mission presents. There's even a mission that can only be completed by female shipmates, giving Troy something to do!
Before long you'll encounter a race known as the Chodak (Non-Cannon) where you'll have to test out the power of your Federation Starship first hand. You won't have to control every aspect of the ship if you don't want to, and in fact sometimes it's better to just let the crew who knows those stations work them for you. But if you feel like firing on the Chodak ship, just tell Worf to step aside and control of the ships weapons are now yours!
All in all, "A Final Unity" plays just like an episoode of the series. You'll feel like you're part of the action, right down to the opening and closing credits.
